| What is connection to my camcorder? |
| Normally use the AV IN. Most camcorders are supplied with a mini jack cable to connect camcorder to TV. This cable will connect to the bullet camera. |
| My camcorder does not have AV IN. Will it work? |
| Must have AV IN, (AV not DV) |
| Can my camcorder be enabled to have camcorder IN? |

| My camcorder has DV IN, will this work? |

| How do I know if I have AV IN? |
| Connect your camcorder to a TV and record FROM TV/VCR to your camcorder; if you can do this it will work. |
| What is lens fitted to bullet camera? |
| 4.3mm as standard, other lenses available if required. |
| Why 4.3mm lens? |

| Is the 21CW / 32CW waterproof? |
| Yes, fully waterproof (the mic is not) |
| Cable attached to bullet camera? |
| Now 2 metre (6') lightweight cable, BNC/RCA and 2.1mm DC connections |
| Why supply a 2 metre (6') cable attached to bullet camera? |
| This lightweight cable allows direct connection to the camcorder. (Normally the camcorder is supplied with a small connecting cable). This also allows a waterproof 2 metre (6') connection to the bullet camera. |
| Is the 21CW available in PAL and NTSC format? |
| Yes, available in both formats for use Worldwide |
| What is supplied with battery pack? |
|
1. Battery holder 12V holds 8 x AA batteries 2. BNC to phono converter 3. 2.1mm DC cable to connect to battery holder 4. Cable with phono/RCA connectors |
| Can I use any battery? |
|
12V is required. However the camera has a tolerance of 8-15V. Any type of battery Alkaline, Nicad or NiMh or car/motorcycle battery. A small 9V PP3 type battery can also be used (must be Ni-Cad or NiMh -rechargable) with the connector provided, but will only last just over one hour. |
| How long do batteries last? |
|
8 x AA batteries -`any battery type, should last about 10 hrs A small 9V PP3 (must be Ni-Cad or NiMh -rechargable) will last one hour C or D batteries may also be used providing much longer than 10 hours use |
| What is specification of cameras? |
|
All the cameras are very High Quality. Different CCD provided. Our standard 21CW 'the original waterproof helmet cam' (an excellent quality and value camera) with standard 380TVL. | Do you supply a mount for the cameras? |
| A camera 'fixed' mount is supplied with all cameras. Our velcro camera mount is available for extra £3.50. This a a heavy duty industrial velcro mount with one sticky side to fix to helmet, car, etc. The velcro pad can be left fixed, and allows the camera to be easily positioned or removed. |
| If I buy the 'package, including bullet camera, do I require anything else? |
| Just recording device such as camcorder (with AV in) is the simple method |
| What is the warranty? |
|
The cameras do not normally give problems - Goods are guaranteed for one year. Faulty goods will be replaced immediately - we aim to please! |

The simple way to mount the camera to the helmet is with tape, or our velcro sticky tape mount. One side sticky, Industrial heavy duty velcro tape used (£3.50)
Compatibility problem? NO AV IN!!!

Camcorder Connecters/Interfaces
Most camcorders use Analogue IN, or, a mini jack plug (provided by camcorder manufacturer) with video and audio combined. This will connect with the bullet camera connections. All simple plug in.
