Remote control does not work!

Remedy #1: Check your remote control batteries.

Remedy #2: If you are using the IR Extender Mouse, make sure the mouse bulb is close to your components. (this bulb will not show light)

Remedy #3: Check the red rectangular window in front of the Wavecom Transmitter. If the light is on bright or flashing (this is the problem). There is a strong electromagnetic interference present. You must relocate the Transmitter either a few inches or feet. What ever it takes for the light to stop flashing. When the light stops flashing your remote control feature should work once again.

Remedy #4: Check the IR mouse extender connection to the Transmitter.

Remedy #5: Remove the IR Extender out of the Wavecom Sr. Transmitter (LED) input. Point the Wavecom Sr. Transmitter at your components. Make sure the Wavecom Sr. Transmitters red rectangular IR window is not bright or flashing. Now try your components remote control while pointing at the Wavecom Sr. Receiver.
